Well, its been more than 6 months, I designed a very quick and small CMS for Grace Association Pakistan. This mini CMS is completely template driven that means all the design elements .tpl files are separate in ./templates folder and a small secure Admin Panel to manage and edit those .tpl files through an advance WYSIWYG Editor.  You can see it live on our website here
